La Cuisine du Monde: Mexico Gastronomic Travel Series at Le Voltaire
Join us for an evening of culinary exploration as Le Voltaire’s La Cuisine du Monde series travels to Mexico. This immersive, multi-course dining experience celebrates the depth, tradition, and regional flavors of Mexican cuisine—thoughtfully prepared through a refined French lens.
Beginning at 5:00 PM on January 18, guests will enjoy a six-course menu, featuring dishes such as slow-braised lamb birria, pozole verde, chile relleno, mole de pollo, and a traditional tres leches finale, each course crafted to tell a story of culture, technique, and taste.
